Return / Exchange Policy

It is our pleasure to serve you and hope that you will find the proper way to keep your watch’s gloss and to collect your watch in a new condition. However, we do accept Returns/Exchanges for any product which has NOT been installed, worn, bent, cut, altered, stained, or damaged. A Return Fee of $35.00 per order will be charged for all Returns. This fee covers credit card refund fees, brand packaging losses and our shipping charges. Return shipping costs must be paid directly by the customer.


NOTE : NEVER refuse your FedEx delivery from WatchShells, as the fee for Return Service is very high. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the additional fee imposed by FedEx.  We recommend that customers choose another inexpensive method for Returns, such as the public postal service, and that they add INSURANCE in case the package gets lost. Lost packages in route for return are the customer's responsibility.



RETURN AUTHORIZATION

WatchShells will accept returns/exchanges for products in (I) unused condition, within 7 days of the customer's receipt of goods. Please contact us first (within 7 days) for an RA return authorization and instructions. All refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment method, (II) minus the original shipping charges. Instead of a refund, you may also request an exchange for a similar or different product. In the event of an Exchange, you will be charged a return fee, but you will be charged for the new outbound shipping as per your selected preference. If a package in route for return gets lost, it will be the customer's responsibility, so purchasing insurance is recommended.


Product returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that returned goods are packaged carefully, to avoid damage during transit. Insurance is recommended for the customer's protection.

We are not responsible for Customs fees and taxes for returned goods into and from foreign countries.


(I) Unused condition : refers to any product that has NOT been cut, installed, worn, bent, altered or stained. Please do not mount, wear or use any product if you intend on returning it.


(II) Minus original shipping charges : This includes the original shipping charges paid by WatchShells.


You can request a Return Authorization easily by sending an email to watchshells@gmail.com. You will receive a response on the same business day.


  • You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from watchshells.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of South Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
